As usual, Irma did a great job. My haircut is neat, just right, and good looking. The scalp massage is very relaxing. The shoulder/neck massage is too.

Irma is a most delightful human being, who also happens to be a skilled and multi talented hair professional. I have enjoyed having her haircuts for longer than either of us care to remember, but least over the last two decades.

We have been with Irma ever since we discovered her. She is the grand master of the gentleman and boy haircuts. With her scissors the cut looks perfect immediately and months after. To say the least she knows the individual natural hair wave just by her senses or serendipity. First comes the cut then shampoo then head massage then another cut then styling. The safety protocol for Covid she follows is truly scientific—N95 mask, nitrile gloves, disinfectant, air purifier. More importantly she has graciousness and humor and charms of Britons.
